Hyvitysehdot

1. Ei hyvityksiä onnistuneesta maksusta

Duunijobs ei hyvitä onnistuneita maksuja. Digitaalinen tuote — yhteystietojen avaus tai tilausoikeudet — toimitetaan heti maksun jälkeen. Ostamalla hyväksyt välittömän toimituksen ja sen, että maksua ei palauteta.

2. Kertamaksu (312,50 € / ilmoitus sis. ALV)

Kun maksu onnistuu ja kontaktit avautuvat, ostosta ei hyvitetä — vaikka et käyttäisi yhteystietoja tai ilmoitus päättyisi myöhemmin.

3. Tilaukset (Kasvu / Vuosi)

Voit perua tulevan uusimisen Laskutus-sivulta (Stripe-portaali). Kuluvan kauden maksua ei palauteta. Tilaus jatkuu maksetun kauden loppuun.

4. Maksuvirheet

Jos sama maksu veloitetaan kahdesti tai maksussa on selvä tekninen virhe, ota yhteyttä: support@duunijobs.fi. Korjaamme virheellisen veloituksen.

Refund policy

1. No refunds after successful payment

Duunijobs does not refund successful payments. The digital product — contact unlock or subscription access — is delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you accept immediate delivery and that the payment is not returned.

2. One-time fee (€312.50 per job incl. VAT)

Once payment succeeds and contacts are unlocked, the purchase is not refunded — even if you do not use the contacts or the job post later ends.

3. Subscriptions (Growth / Annual)

You may cancel future renewal under Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). The current billing period is not refunded. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Payment errors

If the same charge is taken twice or there is a clear technical payment error, contact support@duunijobs.fi. We will correct an erroneous charge.
